Classes can be taken privately, semi-privately or in a small group.
Private, semi-private and small group class sizes ensure an intimate setting and personal attention. A focus is placed on fun, alignment, building flexibility and strength, while also sculpting and toning.
Beginners are encouraged to complete a private intro session before taking a group class to cover basic Pilates principles.
Group Reformer Classes are held on
Fridays at 1:30 pm and Sundays at 9 am.
